Perusing as one does, i've noticed the above results section has not been updated since Jan 24th 2009, this being bought on by the unusual 'goalfest' on Saturday against Banstead and looking to see if seven goals in a Horley match this season has been bettered bearing in mind that goals 'for' and 'against' have been at a premium this campaign.

Hi Silverfox,
as you well know we have now the best defensive record in the league and im sure you would agree we defend well as a team.
Scoring goals has always been difficult at this level and as soon as you have someone who can get 20-25 a year they get offered good money to play at this standard at other clubs.
I think that considering our poor start to the season we are now doing very well but I think the goal scoring situation will always be the same unless you are willing to give a player £100+ a week which in my opinion they are not worth it at this level.
