HTFC Youth Teamwould just like to mention the Youth team for praise this year, as they collectively have been great this season.
They have shown application, determination and improvement in all aspects of the game. This was justified by the tremendous result on Monday night at Lewes.
It was a pleasure to watch, and i thank the supporters who made the trip to see the kids play. I am sure they were as proud of what they saw, as myself and Roffey were. I am grateful to Ali, who this season has encouraged the Youth team players and selected no less than 5 of the current squad for first team involvement.
Next year we will have a strong squad with new players from the U16's and a few "old uns" to help them on their way.
Horley Town FC is commited to progressing home grown players into Senior football, and we will encourage Youth development at every age group.
